It’s Homecoming Week! That means you will find Medina Spirit wherever you go! Thursday, October 10, you are invited to line the streets for our Homecoming Parade! We will start at Garfield Elementary, march through the square to Broadway, then turn onto Union as we make our way to the High School! Floats of all kinds are expected, you won’t want to miss this! Let’s get together as a community to support each other, cheer on our students, and have a memorable evening!
On Friday, October 11 you can catch the Bees vs the Cleveland Heights in a much-anticipated faceoff. And to finish off Spirit Week, the Homecoming dance is on Saturday.
Our 2023 Homecoming Parade was a success! There were over 45 participating groups, including student clubs from all grade levels, Medina alumni and other school-related organizations, and many community businesses. Numerous businesses around the square decorated their windows, offered Medina-themed eats and drinks, and advertised for the event. The streets were lined with community supporters, which was the ultimate goal of this parade! The evening ended with a Powder Puff game and food trucks at the High School!
